A cloud based CRM system is used to manage our clients accounts, distribute workloads, manage issues, as well as to create customer focused reporting. Our CRM system ensures we are accountable and responsive to clients across the different aspects of our business.
Our quality system is made up of clear operational directions that are documented and reported on for each of our clients. Each of our staff is trained on all aspects of quality relative to their specific function. Our qualified supervisors ensure processes are adhered to and areas for improvement identified and actioned. Site operation manuals are used at each site. Our staff are security screened and routine inspections are a core part of our cleaning service so that a reliable service is guaranteed. It is our program of building inspections by supervisors and the Directors that is paramount to our success.
